Introduction & Important Notice

By using the 689.cl platform (hereinafter referred to as "689"), you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users residing in Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement. It is therefore essential to read and understand these terms in full before registering on 689.

689 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. For significant updates, 689 will endeavor to notify registered users.

1. Account Registration & Management

To register on 689, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Registering with false or incorrect information will result in immediate account termination with no refund of any balance. 689 reserves the right to reject any registration request at its sole discretion.

• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• If multiple members of the same household use 689 from the same device or IP address, this must be disclosed in advance.
• If any account details change (email, phone number, or address), 689 must be notified immediately.
• 689 may request a national ID or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account login credentials strictly confidential.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the 689 platform. If any requirement is not met, 689 reserves the right to close that user's account in accordance with its Terms and Conditions.

• The minimum age is 18. If proof of age is requested, it must be submitted.
• 689 cannot be accessed from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• 689 must be used for personal, recreational purposes only. Commercial or professional use is prohibited.
• Users must be of sound mind and capable of making their own financial decisions.
• Anyone previously banned by 689 may not register a new account.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

689 supports multiple deposit methods. Funds can be deposited quickly and securely via mobile banking, e-wallets, and direct bank transfer. Under 689's Terms and Conditions, minimum and maximum limits apply to each deposit.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Use of third-party accounts or payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• There are generally no charges for deposits, though the payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Suspicious or incomplete deposits may be held pending verification.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4. Bonus, Promotion & Offer Policy

689 regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotional deals for its members. However, under 689's Terms and Conditions, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to those terms.

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (bet amount) that must be fulfilled.
• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus funds — a specific list of applicable games applies.
• Bonuses have a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.

5. Withdrawal Policy & Process

To withdraw from 689, several steps must be completed in accordance with 689's Terms and Conditions. Withdrawals will not be approved until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete. 689 reviews every withdrawal request to ensure secure and transparent payments.

• The withdrawal amount must exceed the minimum threshold.
• Withdrawals will only be processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Unconverted bonus balances cannot be withdrawn.

6. Responsible Gaming Policy

7. Prohibited Activities & Anti-Fraud Policy

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games.
• Collusion — attempting to gain an unfair advantage by coordinating with other players.
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Hacking the system, spreading viruses, or any form of cyberattack.
• Intimidating, harassing, or placing undue pressure on 689 staff.

8. Account Suspension & Closure Policy

689 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account that violates its Terms and Conditions. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• To request account closure, please contact 689 support.
• Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.
• Bonus balances will not be returned if an account is closed due to a rule violation.
• Requests to reopen an account during a self-exclusion period will be declined.
• A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

9. Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous Terms

689 is committed to providing uninterrupted service on its platform. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. Under 689's Terms and Conditions, 689's liability in such situations is limited.

Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited by a neutral third party. 689 does not guarantee any specific winnings. All gaming-related decisions made by 689 are final and binding.

• 689 is not responsible for any game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• 689 will not be liable for any issues arising from the user's device or software.
• 689's decision is final in resolving any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.
• The applicable laws of Bangladesh shall govern this agreement.
